简　　介

　　以报社为背景的喜剧，由三十年代的四大巨星威廉．鲍华、莫娜．罗拉、斯潘塞．特蕾西、琪恩．哈洛联手主演，故事描述报社编辑利用他的未婚妻和前任记者去实施美男计好让一名富豪的女继承人放弃控告报社诽谤罪，不料计划走了样，……搞得好不热闹。全片剧情峰回路转，从头至尾的发展都捉住观众的注意力，导演杰克．康威尔也拍得流畅而紧凑，让四位大明星都有大展演技的机会，因而制造出相当高的喜趣效果。
